सूचना (NOTICE) *विषय: स्कूल डायरी रोज़ लाने की अनिवार्यता के संबंध में* *प्रिय अभिभावकगण एवं प्रिय छात्र,* *इस सूचना के माध्यम से आप सभी का ध्यान एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण विषय की ओर आकर्षित किया जा रहा है। स्कूल डायरी स्कूल और अभिभावकों के बीच दैनिक संवाद (Communication) का मुख्य माध्यम है। हाल ही में यह देखा गया है कि कई छात्र नियमित रूप से अपनी डायरी स्कूल नहीं ला रहे हैं।* *कृप्या ध्यान दें कि छात्र के पास स्कूल डायरी न होने पर निम्नलिखित समस्याएं आ रही हैं:-* *अधूरा गृहकार्य (Homework): छात्र रोज़ मिलने वाले होमवर्क को ठीक से नोट नहीं कर पाते हैं।* *जाँच में बाधा: शिक्षक दैनिक शैक्षणिक अपडेट या डायरी को ठीक से चेक नहीं कर पाते हैं।* *संवाद की कमी: अभिभावक स्कूल द्वारा भेजे गए जरूरी नोट्स और दैनिक अपडेट्स देखने से चूक जाते हैं।* *महत्वपूर्ण चेतावनी (Disclaimer):* *यदि कोई छात्र स्कूल डायरी नहीं लाता है, तो होमवर्क छूटने, डायरी चेक न हो पाने या अभिभावकों तक जानकारी न पहुँचने की पूरी जिम्मेदारी छात्र और अभिभावक की होगी। इसमें स्कूल प्रशासन या शिक्षकों की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।* *यह पूरी तरह से अभिभावकों की जिम्मेदारी है कि वे सुनिश्चित करें कि उनका बच्चा हर दिन स्कूल डायरी लेकर आए और वे खुद भी रोज़ शाम को डायरी में दिए गए होमवर्क और नोटिस की जाँच करें।* *बच्चों के शैक्षणिक अनुशासन को बनाए रखने में आपके सहयोग की अपेक्षा है।* भवदीय, NOTICE Subject: Importance of Carrying the School Diary Daily Dear Parents and Students, This is to bring to your urgent attention that the School Diary is the primary medium of daily communication between the school and parents. It has been observed that several students are not carrying their diaries to school regularly. Please note that if a student does not have their school diary, it leads to the following issues: Incomplete Homework: Students fail to note down the assigned homework accurately. Lack of Assessment: Teachers are unable to properly check or track daily academic updates. Communication Gap: Parents miss out on crucial remarks and daily updates from the school. Important Disclaimer: The school management and teachers will not hold any responsibility for missed homework, unchecked diaries, or a lack of parental signature if the student fails to bring their diary to school. It is the sole responsibility of the parents to ensure that their child carries the diary every day and that they check it each evening for homework and notices. Subject: Change in School Timings

Date: June 10, 2026

Dear Parents and Students,

This is to inform you that keeping the current weather conditions in mind, the school management has decided to revise the school timings. The new schedule will come into effect from tomorrow, Thursday, June 11, 2026.

Please note the updated timings below:

Pre-Nursery to U.K.G.

Arrival :- 07:15 AM

Departure :- 10:30 AM

Class 1 to Class 10

Arrival :- 06:50 AM

Departure :- 11:00 AM

Important Instructions:

All students must strictly adhere to the revised schedule and arrive in full neat school uniform.

Parents opting for self-transport or private vans are requested to coordinate with their drivers to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.

*प्रिय अभिभावक* *आपको सूचित किया जाता है कि जब बच्चों का छुट्टी होता है तो उस समय स्कूल कैंपस में सभी दो पहिया तीन पहिया और चार पहियों का प्रवेश निषेध है। बच्चों का सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह अत्यंत आवश्यक है । हम सभी को इस बात का ध्यान रखना होगा की दिए गए निर्देशों का कड़ाई से पालन करें क्योंकि एक छोटी सी गलती किसी के बच्चे के लिए मुसीबत बन सकता है।* *जिन अभिभावकों को लगता है कि हमको विद्यालय कैंपस में गाड़ी लेकर ही जाना है तो वैसे अभिभावक छुट्टी से आधा घंटा पहले ही आए ।* *छुट्टी होने के बाद बच्चों को टीचर के साथ बाहर ग्राउंड में अधिकतम 10 मिनट तक ही रखा जाएगा उसके बाद कक्षा अनुसार सभी बच्चे अपने शिक्षक के साथ क्लास के अंदर चले जाएंगे । जो अभिभावक लेट से आएंगे उनसे अनुरोध होगा कि बच्चे को बुलाने तक शांति बनाए रखें और एवं सयंमित भाषा का प्रयोग शिक्षकों के साथ करें ।* *जो अभिभावक दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन नहीं करेंगे और दूसरे बच्चों के लिए समस्या उत्पन्न करेंगे वैसे अभिभावकों के बच्चों को 7 दिन के लिए क्लास सस्पेंड कर दिया जाएगा।* *नोट:- आकस्मिक या विशेष परिस्थिति में प्राचार्य से मोबाइल या ऑफिस में संपर्क करें।*
